Mr. Muhammad Usman, Former Director General of Agricultural Research System, Government of Pakistan who retired from service after a spotless career of about 35 years with senior level experience on research and development of integrated agricultural industries with regard to livestock and dairy development, sustainable agricultural production system. Mr. Usman is basically an agricultural scientist with specialization of agricultural/ food chemistry working on the yield and quality of various agricultural products and published several research papers. Mr. Usman is the senior most scientist in the world, presented research paper in the international conferences with a particular responsibility of keynote speech, member organizing committee and moderator of the conference around the world. Mr. Usman established “Prominent Agro Based Industries SDN BHD” in Malaysia and “Foundation for Rural Development in Pakistan”, with primarily aims to work on integrated agricultural project for Rural Development through improvement in agriculture for rehabilitation of affected area.

Nira Ben-Jonathan published 175 manuscripts, edited one book, and contributed 12 chapters to textbooks and encyclopedias. She mentored 65 students, fellows and research scientists. She was awarded the NIH Research Career Development Award, was elected Fellow of the AAAS, and elected Chairman of the Gordon Research Conference on Prolactin. She received the Rieveschl Award for Outstanding Scientific Research, and the Edward Merker Lectureship in Translational Endocrinology. Over the years, she served as a member on numerous study sections of the NIH, DOD, and the Komen foundation, and as chairman on five NIH study sections.
